1 · Load data
A single labelled CSV: first row id,sex,<IDs…>; each row is
id,sex,<N kinship values>. Sex = M/F. The N×N block is the
relationship matrix (export it from the R step).
2 · Parameters
Set each tank's capacity independently. Values start from your Simple settings, so nothing is lost when you switch.
Constraints (optional)
A small CSV with a header id,fix_tank,exclude,family.
Only id is required; list just the animals you care about.
fix_tank pins an animal to a tank, exclude (1) forces it out,
and animals sharing a family label are kept in different tanks.

Allocation by tank
Closest pairs to check
The most closely related male–female pairs that ended up sharing a tank — the pairs worth eyeballing before you commit. Everything else is less related than these.
Kinship after allocation
Animals ordered by tank (black lines = tank boundaries). Low kinship between tanks and within opposite-sex blocks is the goal.
